I love real chocolate and this is the best I have tried. I know real chocolate takes longer to melt compared to cocoa powders and this is makes it less convenient and popular.
This one melted real quick in my Nespresso milk machine. That is a winner.

Colombian coffee is the best. Aromatic and complex. I have bought many "colombian coffee beans" here in the States but these end up being blends of cheaper origins with a small proportion of Coolombian beans. This one is truly a high quality coffee from Colombia.
I loved the medium roast profile, its freshness and all the aromas and flavors in the cup. I never forget the first time I zipped a cup of Colombian coffee in Medellin and this reminded me of those incredible holidays.
I was interested in learning about specialty chocolate as I am a regular specialty coffee consumer. I never thought chocolate was as aromatic as this. This bar has of course chocolate taste but also very fruity and some oak at the end.

The clear sound from breaking the chocolate and it does not melt on hand. These can tell how good it is compare to other brands.
This is delicious, dark and rich. A surprisingly sweet aftertaste. Quite lovely.
